When I started my blog series - Secret Musings of a Change Agent - with a view to busting some myths and getting under the skin of what makes ordinary people great at making change happen, I wasn’t sure where it would go, how it would be received or how long I’d keep it running for. Due to fabulous feedback I’ve decided to continue, so, while I line up the next round of people to feature, I’ve decided to pause this week and take stock of what’s coming through so far and what questions that might help us to ponder.
