I believe creating learning cultures is one of the most important skills for leaders to have. I’m on a mission to help people understand what learning cultures look like, why it matters and how to create one. As part of my Lessons in Learning series I’m doing an experiment to see what I discover by capturing my learning every day for a month and how that helps leaders to think about creating cultures where people learn every day as part of doing what they do.
